Lillian's first trip to the dentist!

Our Lillian is growing up- today she had her first trip to the dentist! She was very excited the whole time and did a great job!

Today we took the kids to the Grand Rapids Children's Museum. Lillian always has a fun time there, but we thought today would be extra fun since they have a Curious George exhibit going on. This might have been her favorite exhibit to date!After spending time at the museum we had a picnic lunch downtown along the Grand River.

Today is Dan's birthday! We went out to lunch at Red Robin, followed by presents at the house.
Later we took a trip to the park, picked up some free ice cream downtown, and had cake at home.

Frog Hollow Park

We met up with friends for lunch today at Frog Hollow Park. The park has some fun toys and is fenced in, which makes watching kids an easier task than at other parks. Lillian enjoyed having a new place to play.

Super hero trip to the park

This morning the kids were all encouraged to dress up as super heroes at church for the Super Hero Kick-off to Summer. After some lunch and naps, we took our super heroes to the park for some playtime.As I said before, Lillian is getting so daring!

Caleb's first (summer) pool experience

Correct me if I'm wrong... but I think today was Caleb's first experience in my parents' pool. Other than getting tired of being held (he wanted to jump in), he really enjoyed it!

Splash pad

We took the kids downtown to the splash pad, which always guarantees a fun time.
